Subscription model too expensive
I’ve been using the pro version for 10+ years and have been very happy with it, my go to app for local and DLNA streaming.
I understand the need for the devs to go for a subscription model, but AUD15 p.a. is way too expensive. I’d be happy to pay two or three dollars each year but the new price just smacks of greediness.
VLC player does pretty much everything I need so I’ll switch to using that, and it’s free.
Sad to have to do this but I can’t justify paying the new costs.

Shut out of functionality
Been using this app for several years and paid for the pro version etc. A new update now forces me onto a subscription model and locks me out from key features.
Very poor - if somebody pays for something, you can’t just change your mind and demand it back.

Grandfather Those Who Purchased
You should have grandfathered those in who purchased under the original agreement. This bait and switch is not ok.
Do NOT install this update - Use VLC instead

I want to subscribe BUT
I want to subscribe, but firstly I can’t leave a review because I have not had a reply to a question I sent to support.
Basically, if I buy the subscription, does it work across all my devices?
Can I use it on my phone, Pad and Apple TV for the price of the subscription or is it a separate subscription for each device?
One last question, will you be doing a two year three year or permanent option?
Once I’ve had an answer to my questions, I will be able to review the product properly and adjust the score I have given it.
To add to this review, will you be updating the AppleTV version soon, so that I can expand 4:3 to 16:9 so I can watch old shows in full screen.
Be great to be able to do that whilst watching a show.
