Don’t trust

Websites are not authenticated and give me a warning before visiting, when I went to set up an account it started to send a notification to a phone number without me ever even specifying my number and signing up and the number one in my stripe code which could be used to verify my stripe account, and then I went to go click the help button on their app and it says page could not be found so there is no way to contact support if there ever was a problem in the first place so yeah

Not working/No customer service

The app seems to work fine, but the link it gives me to sell my artwork does not work and browsers warn not to open website because the certificate has been expired for over 80 days.
The app support does not work. The email address provided is not valid.
I’m concerned because there’s no way to contact customer service, even after entering personal information in the app, and some users are speculating in the reviews that this app is a scam.
Please provide another form of contact or notify users if you are no longer maintaining this platform.

Don’t think this app works anymore

It won’t let me sign in and doesn’t even send me an email to try to change password. Support page on website also is not working. Too bad…a much needed service for selling fine art.

How can I change the size of my crop?

Never works

Would be great if the app worked. I can’t tell you the amount of hours I wasted trying to get this app to work. It worked in the beginning then nothing but issues. Hope they can fix it. Also add ability to do more than one print at a time.

Not Working

When I used this app some months ago, I was able to login with no problems, create a signature, etc. But I was never successful at upload my art, even when I uploaded it more than once.
Now fast forward:
I can’t login without getting suspicious login alert. Even when I bypass that stage, it logs me in, but doesn’t keep me logged in. Once I close out of the page I’m logged out. I can’t create a signature or upload anything under my username.

Hi Sarah - Any login is directly through Instagram, which does sometimes double check verification for their own safety protocols. Just email me at hello@8x10.co and I can ensure you're up and running. We're not seeing any sign up issues/log in platform wide. Maybe these issues from 2019 were resolved?

Crashing

Great intro to fine art selling!

App makes it easy to upload an image and sell. Love that basically all the processing and shipping gets handled for me.

Downside though, you can only sell 1 image at a time. Would love to see an update eventually where i can sell a few at a time. Also, would love to see more size options and maybe different framing options in the future. *food for thought*. Otherwise, so far so good! :-)

Uploading

Uploading high res photos use to not work. Now using the file browser, you can upload. But now with the update, uploading a signature doesn’t work.

Doesn’t show all my pics

Update: after suggestion from developer to save file down to size 3kx3k pixels. Photo still doesn’t show on app only shows files on camera roll not files downloaded into files folder.

If you have a previous existing Stripe.com account you must use a unique email for the Stripe.com sign up in 8x10. It creates a new stripe.com account. All will work then!
