Buggy and Basic
Disappointing. App has not been tested properly. I can break it by making a long comment with a photo and it isn't that long. You can't edit existing comments or replace a photo. Basic features.
Needs more functions for ease of use
Would like to edit the text in a post after it is posted, mainly to correct my typos.
Posting photos takes too long, sometimes gets hung up and I have to cancel and re-do, and, I have to try to remember what all my comments were.
Would like to have a temporary place to store posts to work on before I post them.

No longer working as designed
I used to love this app and have been using it for a few years. The recent changes to get paid subscriptions seems to have broken the flow.
First of all, I don’t see why you’d have bothCluster and Tripcast apps when they provide almost identical features. Use one and combine the geo location feature with the photo/video sharing you’d have less to maintain and your costs would go down.
Secondly, how can you remove Tripcast from the Google Play store before having an update available? You leave everyone hanging that isn’t on IOS.
Lastly, for me the map feature stopped working recently. After looking at some of the changes I thought it was due to going over the 1,000 posts per group for the free service so I upgraded to the “friends” level. The map still doesn’t show the location where the pictures are taken in my iOS app. I tried to exchange emails with support to get this resolved but so far I’ve received nothing that helps.
And yes, location is turned on, I deleted and reinstalled the app,…. None of that works and at this point I believe I need something from the Cluster support but am not getting anything. For an app I pay for I find this not very acceptable…

Must be related to cluster. Same account.
Works great! lets everyone in the group share photos to a central location and make “Photo Books”
No longer a user - very disappointed
Tripcast is a very good travel diary app, and until recently my ‘go to’ travel app.
Unfortunately Tripcast now requires my family members to setup an account for our holiday travel shares. They simply don’t want that inconvenience.
Unless this feature is reinstated I will not be using Tripcast (and Cluster) again.
I hope the developers can find a secure method of allowing us to share our journeys without forcing family to open an account.

Posts just keep spinning
I truly want to love this app and there are definitely things that I love. It’s easy to share with only people that you want to share it with and you can document your travel in words and pics. Frustrated with the fact that sometimes you type and type and type, go to post and it all goes away. I have gotten to where I type in my notes on my iPhone and copy and paste it later. Also mine is still constantly spinning that it is uploading...it’s been 11 monts…HELP!!!!

I love the subscription ability to archive in Cluster but wish it could create a PDF or document with all of the content not just photos.
I love the add a map function in TripCast but wish it was in Cluster.
I wish there was an option in TripCast to purchase a PDF instead of a photo book or add add subscription option into TripCast for content download.
The issue being sometimes I want an electronic copy of my travel log.
Another thought would be to team up with another photo book service that would allow editing of content in the book prior to printing the book. Would love to have photos and maps and text entries all in the book with time to adjust layout before printing.
Finally one question, is it really true that I can only use TripCast for travel with USA. If so, that is a deal breaker for this international traveler.

Love this app.
It’s clean simple design looks great and is so easy to use. Have used it to privately share holiday trips with friends and family. Has also enabled my family to stay in touch on two sides of the world. Nice and private. Thank you

An absolutely serene spot. So beautifully maintained. We are enjoying a great meal on the small weber grill while looking over the orchards. Had some wine tasting and bought some goods in the well appointed gift shop.
