Retail ID - With Metrc’s new Retail ID functionality each item gets a unique QR code that links it to the corresponding package. This negates the need for external labeling and allows end users to verify the products they purchase.

Pending Packages - We’ve got great news for everyone who prefers doing the bulk of their work on the iPad. From now on you’ll be able to access Pending Packages on Indica POS. Just go to Menu > Inventory > Pending Packages and you’ll see every important piece of information related to your packages (UID, Product, Quantity, etc.). Quicker Package Selection - You can now disable the package selection pop-up on the fly. Just tap the button and the pop-up will go away. The newest package will be autoselected during audits, so all the adjustments come out of the oldest package. During fulfillment, we’ll select the oldest package to ensure that you’re selling products with the lowest shelf lifespan. Optimized Inventory Menu - We reordered the inventory section on Indica POS. Now, you’ll see the most important parts of the section at the very top, while less commonly used features will appear at the bottom.

Transferred Out Packages - From now on it will be impossible to perform adjustments or sales with packages that have been transferred out of the original facility. These packages will be zeroed out automatically and you’ll need to transfer the quantity back to the original facility to work with it.

Adjustments - We’ve added the ability to make adjustments straight from the package profile in Indica POS. Simply tap the Adjust Quantity button on the desired package profile, select the desired quantity, and adjust to your heart's content. New Label Size - From now on you’ll be able to print 1x0.5″ labels. They can be printed the same way as any other label and support QR Codes which can act as an additional product identifier.
