I don’t like that you still have to enter a passcode from texts even tho I have facial recognition turned on. It’s dumb and a waste of time.

We’ve been using the app for 2 years or so. It’s got a decent UX and I like being able to easily upload photos of claims.
If it had an option to have a health care spending account section: balance, upload claims, etc., it would be even better.

Love the app, the claims submitted through the app are processed super fast.
Useless
Cannot submit a receipt by photo, which is the advertised functionality. The GroupSource app is hopeless, same with the browser interface. Someone at Groupsource actually told me to email attachments. Wow. Real “secure”... total waste of time. Unfortunately I can’t avoid them and still have to find some way of submitting receipts.
