I can’t even login into the mobile app to order or use the website. I don’t know if it’s just my local Groucho’s having this problem or not. It’s been doing it for days.
Leaves much to be desired
Im not sure if it’s just for the Groucho’s by us, but this is impossible to order from. The menu isn’t even complete, you can’t order kids meals, there are no drinks available except for the sweet tea. It’s just not user friendly at all. Needs a lot of work.
New app is full of glitches
It doesn’t save my order history, and it won’t let me use my rewards points. There was nothing wrong with the previous format.

If It’s Not Broke . . .
This new version is full of bugs. Why change the old version when it worked just fine?? You can’t choose a time for your pickup, the confirmation screen gives you no information about your order and pickup time, is it pickup, curbside, etc.? I can send pictures to show the issues, I’m a 5 day a week customer but that may be changing unless the app is fixed.

Love the new app update. Looks so much better, much cleaner. The REWARDS balance under my points just works.
Wouldn’t down load
Nothing wrong with wifi or the phone. While at Groucho’s I decided to get the app since the food was good and I’d be back.

Website and app always give error message
I would love to use the app or website to order. However EVERYTIME I place an order it always errors out when I try to submit my order! Super frustrating!!
Good food, terrible app
The food is amazing, however this app and their website are absolute trash! Constant errors that hinder me from using my reward points.
