App Never Works
I’ve given up and deleted this app. It literally never works. After entering all of the order and payment information, I always end up having to call the order in.

App doesn’t pick up points
Even with using my phone number the app doesn’t pick up the points. I lost a ton of points when they converted to the new app even following the instructions. Food is good but app is terrible. Plus $1 only earns 60% credit.

Stopped working.
Love the food and eat at Grouchos a LOT. The app stopped working - I cannot sign in - click “forgot password” - I get a system response that an email is being sent to setup a new password and the nothing happens - no email - nothing. I found my actual card this weekend and used it today. All just doesn’t work and NO response from the system!

Application worked great! Do wish it was formatted for iPhone X and allowed the ability to add card to Apple Passbook.
Clumsy
Quite clumsy, cluttered app. Does not work with auto-fill, which is a pain.
Crap, rewards crashes app
Haven't been able to claim my rewards in months. New version supposed to fix, does not.
