Something is wrong with the game.
I have an iPhone 13 and the app is fine with the minigames but my only problem is that it doesn't let me do anything more than minigames, it doesn't let me access any type of adjustment. For example, they mentioned the wallet but I don't know how to access it. I saw that there is an arrow under the tickets and the countdown but I touch it and it doesn't do anything. I would like you to help me with my problem because the app is not bad at all and I don't want to leave it.Show lessMr ZiEO

I played this game for years and I always had the bank in wallet on the right side of the game. Now when I download this on my iPhone it’s a totally different game he doesn’t have the bass on the right side I don’t have my nine dollars I had saved up to cash out and it’s totally different so the money I had saved up to cash out is gone and it started me all the way over and I guess you can’t cash out money no more? I’m confused. If that’s the case I’m deleting this game. Because I heard they use it now just for raffle tickets if that’s the case it’s a one in 1 million chance of someone actually winning like ourselves. SMH. Why do they change it? I wish you guys would just put it back the way it used to be so we could earn money again and give us the option to do the raffle or cash out money like it used to be not just give us one option and that be the raffle. Before we had two options raffle or cash out. Anyways … other than all that it does have fun games but it’s irritating that they changed it all the way around.Show lessAshbabii

Cashed out $45 in my pending box and $35 is gone now and haven’t received it yet and that was in April and $10 from May 9 which is still sitting in pending box have sent like 3 or 4 emails and no one is responding to the messages I’ve been playing this for quite some time and never had this issue what is going on nowShow lessBobbi76
Fun Games but Tickets are hard to earn…
Tickets are interesting but one of the person that won had 1.3 Million tickets, they are either hacking or addicted to this game, Like how is anyone supposed to win if they are there to just win tons of the raffles!? And for the games, they make the 2.5k tickets for the game just out of reach. Don’t even get me started on the ads, EVERY OTHER GAME there is an ad, there was someone that said the people that say this are liars, honestly, they are lying. There is something wrong with the app last couple days my points hasn't been registered & When I play the big time game why I can’t see my score with the new look of the game I don’t see my or even get any credit for the game such as chromo combine. Oh & by the way I have cashed out twice & still haven’t got the first cash out plus it does show I cashed out just last night shows no record os this becoming another one of those app that try & get you involved by pays you nothing but ads what fun is that. I really love big time so much but my one concern is that I am not able to know and view how fall am I on the willing draw, they need to fix this because there is no way someone is going to play without knowing how fall are they. People have been saying there are “too many ads” but I play this game everyday and I BARELY get ads so why do people keep LYING about these “ad” NONSENSE statements when they barely even GIVE a you ads like why ??? This game is amazing and I agree with myself so dislike this comment if you want.
