Can’t log in
I play because I want to win money, but for some reason I no longer can log into the app. On the new screen, there’s no way to earn tickets or anything, so there’s no point to me playing.
I emailed support about it but have yet to hear back from them. It’s the same with nearly every one of their games which is super frustrating.
So I’ll be looking for a new company that pays to play. There are plenty of others to choose from now.Show lessYdolem11
Bad Upgrade
I upgraded this app over a month ago and got the new animated home screen, but lost the ability to get to any other screens, including the one that showed me my ticket balance, along with anything else other than the home screen, and screens to play the games. I have not been able to send an email through to the company at their homepage, or even successfully load their Facebook page for this app. I have had no problems with anything else on my phone with anyone, except for when it comes to reaching them. As far as I know all the time I spent using this app has been wasted, all my thousands of ticket earnings gone, after the upgrade..Show lessLolsterous

This new up dates I don’t like the solitaire version doesn’t have the wallet anymore only the bank and the big time game doesn’t have neither the wallet or bank and u can’t see ur tickets or the time Left I liked the old version where u could cash in ur tickets for money without the draw the drawing is gonna be useless now if the wallet part of the game is missingShow lesswolfie1122
No more tickets?
I’ve had this app for a really long time, loved it, have been saving my tickets for over a year to convert to cash , now the app doesn’t offer cash anymore? New interface has only games, my tickets are gone, no other option to select, only play. Can’t collect tickets or anything. was only playing for money, going to delete nowShow lessMynickname_
Appeal is gone.
I played the games to earn tickets and swap for cash. Now the tickets are gone, and all we’re left with are trash tier games. Will be deleting all of your apps. Have a nice day !Ark989

You can no longer play for points for the draw. That’s the main reason I downloaded these games. But you guys are ruling that out now. So it’s not worth it anymore for me. Change it back.marial30003
Horrible update
Updated today and I’m not happy. The game went from being able to collect tickets to exchange for money to playing for nothing. I hope this is just a glitch. I had tickets saved up in the bank and they are gone. I’m definitely not happy. Please let me know if the ticket aspect is completely gone for good.Show lesstiffanyR3

Along with a host of their other games only works for a short while then stops allowing you to play for points or doesn’t give points for completed tasks, winr games are scamspissedoffandclosingaccts
