Not for homeowners
This app is only for getting started with a purchase or a refinance. After that it’s useless. I was hoping for an app I could register my loan and set up payments like I had with Mr. Cooper. But they only have apps for their sales teams. If you created an app for customers to keep up on their payments I would download that for sure.

Useless to existing customers
Please Guild, design an app that will allow existing customers to pay their bill online. I’m sure it’s not that difficult. This app is to sell you a mortgage and requires you to input your current sales rep. Don’t bother if you’re trying to simply pay your bill.

I could not log in, it won’t let me past who I’m working with. I was hoping to use this ap to pay my mortgage online- useless to me and unfortunate
Not for customers
I’m a Guild mortgage customer and I tried to log into this app a dozen times before I realised it’s not for customers. Apparently it’s only for Guild Mortgage employees.
Not even one star
Worthless app. As I read reviews from 5 years ago the same problems exist today. Won’t let me get past who am I working with as none of the names I have are listed there. My login info works fine in the browser but I do most of my business on the phone. Come on Guild fix this app or get rid of it.
3 apps but a payment ain't one
Seriously what a waste of development. They've built 3 apps and none of them allow you to check your account or pay a bill.. THIS SHOULD BE STANDARD HELLO DOES ANYONE AT GUILD CARE?
Zero stars
Couldn't even log in, rejects valid account and password info that works in my browser. All I need is an app to help monitor payment activity, and for that this app is ONE BIG ZERO. Don't waste your time.
Great app / tool for buyer
I use this app all the time with my clients. As a loan officer with Guild this is a great tool for any buyer.
