Refuses exact password that works on the normal website.
I have no idea why but the same email and password login that always works in the browser also never works to log into the app.
Almost no functionality
I logged in to this app so I could check my balance on the go. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t have that function. Also, you have to enter in the name of the person you’re working with, but my contact isn’t on the list. I won’t be using this app.

Tried this app so I could look at balances and escrow payments. My original mortgage at the bank was sold to Guild, so I never had anyone within Guild I was working with. To use this app I have to have a name of someone from an office I am dealing with, without it, you are not allowed to continue opening the app. Pointless to download this app, it is useless.

I was thinking I forgot my account password and I went ahead and changed my password.

I want to reiterate what everyone else is stating. You cannot login to your account.
Faulty login
I am unable to log on to my account while using identical login credentials that work on the desktop.

Unable to log in using the same credentials (username) as website. I’ll delete and continue to use the desktop site.
Needs a lot of work
This app doesn’t appear to allow you to access your personal account and would not recognize me as a customer. Appears to be for sales side, though my rep wasn’t in the system. Please update this so customers can check their account on app, pay mortgage via app etc.
