Unusable
Error of “no network connectivity” whenever I go to upload a credential. Literally useless app, yet another roadblock to limit us from supporting our customers.
Garbage
This developer is pressuring hospital administration to book all services through this app, even though it’s not pharmaceutical-friendly. I don’t understand why some hospital secretaries insist on using it, especially since my company does not allow its use.
Pure Trash App - Symplr Doesn't Care
For the ridiculous price we pay for Symplr you think they would have an app that works. App is absolutely useless and always freezes and crashes. I have to log in to a desktop to do anything. Symplr is terrible !
Absolute garbage
This app is the worst. Faceid never works, always gives me an error. Every time I hit manage credentials the app freezes and I have to force close and log back in. It simply will not work. Every time you sign into a facility it makes you click 23 buttons. Why do I have to hit “ok” after I choose an option that I literally just selected. You CANNOT depend on this app to be working if your job requires you to sign in at a hospital. It’s absolute garbage.

Terrible
Why have faceID if everytime I open it I still need to use my password. Nothing about Symplr is simpler. Most difficult app to navigate and use. For what we’re charged for this service you need to do better.
Ineptitude
The app mirrors the company and ineptitude. Can not use an iPhone to take pictures and upload to even complete your application and this is after I spent an hour fixing my incomplete registration. I’m not looking forward to the future here.
Unreliable
Would give this app 0 stars if I could
App crashes consistently
I shouldn’t have to call Symplr customer service every time I need to check in to a hospital. The app consistently crashes when trying to check into a facility. Deleting, restarting the phone, etc. good luck! For what vendors have to pay yearly for access, this is garbage!
Garbage
New update keeps giving me a connectivity issue even though my cell service and WiFi are working fine. It’s amazing for the money we spend per year on this “service” how terrible the product is. It’s a requirement we use this to get into work and it doesn’t seem anyone actually cares how this effects the users day to day.

Awful experience
The app is listed as a “daily” pass option. How is it the case if you have to wait to be approved. Horrible customer support. Why any hospital would use this as a vendor method to be granted daily access is beyond me. Horrible experience.
