Can’t save items to catalog
Love the app but I’m not given options to save/share any of the items when looking. As someone who likes to binge look and find tools of use by the second and come back to them at a later time for purchase, it’s frustrating not being able to quickly add items to wishlist and have easy access to specific things

Great app!
Love the app, I’m not at the shop the days the truck comes around so it makes it nice to be able to browse and shop, make payments, view my balance etc from the app.

Joe is the man when it comes to ordering tools and keeping his word. Absolutely has the best attitude when he comes into our shop. If he doesn’t have the tool on the truck, he has it next week for us.

It has room for improvement. Canadian prices would be great.

Great app
I like the app. It doesn’t give me any issues and it allows me to make payments on my tools easily, and it’s also very easy to make a claim to get a broken tool replaced under warranty.
This app has more bugs than Orion
When you first install the app, it behaves the way you think an app should. As you continue to use it the performance degrades. The app will refuse to load flyers, and deals, or won’t load the entire catalog. It will log you out, and at the time of this review, has not worked at all. I can’t get into my account to make informed decisions on whether to buy tools, or wait and pay down my account. This is a bad look for a company that considers itself to sell world class tools. I moved and don’t have a Matco dealer, but I do have a Snap On dealer. Decisions decisions.

Never had a tool company with an app that allows for so much outside of when the truck isn’t here! Lets you do so much without having to bother the driver over the phone every week!
APP PERFORMANCE
The app is cool and all when everything works, but as I try to use it more and more, the app just doesn’t load, logs me out every single time I exit the app, won’t let me sign in at times, doesn’t show flyers or deals, just a whole lot of simple things that I shouldn’t be dealing with on an app that is supposed to make it easy to contact, deal, and know about what my favorite tool brand is doing.

Great App
Great app to search for tools! With the 5-17 update, it wont let me log in saying hard to retrieve flyers
And now with the 6-11 update, it still occasionally wont let me log in saying "unexpected error in retrieving fliers"
