It Got Worse
Started out as an annoying “bug“ that anytime I used the app, it would freeze my phone. Learned to live with it, as It only happened when switching between apps or trying to close this one. Today, tried getting into it to update fuel mileage, now there’s a popup survey that will not go away, making app literally unusable

Frustrating
I cannot add an Alberta plate no matter how many I try, I tried other places like Newfoundland and California (just to see if it actually worked) and they worked fine. Please fix
No import feature
Been asking for an import feature for this app for way to long now.. think it’s time to move on to one that does. There are others out there but, moving will be a total start over and there is no export on this app either so, another reason to move on to a standard feature based car maintenance app.
All carfax has to do is add the basic feature to import from csv file in their own desire database import template format. People could then format their typed in (much faster for mass and archived maintenance notes / records) data directly into the carfax database /app and instantly become useful information and knowledge at the fingertips. Not everything is an instant routine oil change…. Maybe it would be good to quickly recall the transmission rebuild date and miles “a few years back”.. when needed or desired to know.
Come on Carfax … I like the app other than its need for more basic features like some of your competitors… get the dev team to step up and take a break from the carfax reports and quote creation tools for a while! Have more records imported would only help you more knowledge on that “sales” side of the house as well!
