Lost a paid for Carfax check
My phone didn’t save my password for this app. I tried signing in with what was believed was the password and nothing. Tried to reset password but the site never sent the link. I tried many times over many days. Every time I enter my email and hit send, no mail would come. I checked all email; received, junk, trash… but nothing. I tried refreshing and nothing. My phone is pretty good at saving passwords for most sites; only the sketchy ones it doesn’t save the password. I wasted $30. Lesson learned. Also, they should stick to vehicle history. The prices they list on trade in value and prices for vehicles for sale are way off. The 40 years I have been driving, I have used Kelley Blue Book who are the industry standard, and are way more accurate. I’ll never trust this company again. They don’t seem to be posting this review either.
