added the ability to lock dimensions on one surface,
then adjust dimensions on another surface, so one view can have multiple sets of dimensions...
added the ability to turn off perspective correction, where you can type in notes and 'dumb' dimensions on the original image.
A lot of new tools added.
undo and redo support added.
loupe magnifier added.

Enhancements though out app.
and newer iPads had an issue with loading projects, that has been fixed with this update.
previous update enhancements:
