Doesn’t work
This is the most useless app I have ever used. The developer should be embarrassed to have their name associated with it. Rarely loads. It is very slow. And all the links don’t work. Not all the links exist that their website sends you to.ja$on71772

Such a frustrating app that rarely works! To customize dates for a search you have to use their provided calendar but then it won’t use that written out format, you have to enter the date as 2 digit month, day & then year but there is no option to enter digits only use the calendar provided.Useless
I downloaded this app solely for the purpose of accessing my ID cards. It doesn’t work. It tells you turn your phone to the side but still doesn’t work. It seems from the other reviews that this issue has been ongoing for 3 years now.llew012
Useless
The one thing you might need to do from your phone - show your insurance card - doesn’t work. Also doesn’t work on mobile if you go to the website. So the app was a waste of time and so was trying to do any of this on a phone.Kpps
It’s just the website
I’d love to use this app more often but it does not offer FaceID authentication or password saving. Makes it very inconvenient to use. Most often I have to use my laptop because it feels like the app is just a web portal. Would love to see effortless authentication options in future releases.wordfinder67

Apps within apps?
The app is ok, but there are so many issues. I can’t imagine the developers couldn’t see it if they downloaded it. It’s like this app tries to host other apps - and it just doesn’t work well. I cant finish questionnaires because the page won’t scroll. I can only see half the page on video pages, so I can’t read the whole description. Ultimately, I can’t complete wellness challenges because of this.Show lessjcs060
