Misleading advertising

Service doesn’t work instead US. You find out about it after paying 20$. Initially they claim everything works.

Works but shortcomings

...when you need to send an international SMS the Sender ID appears as a very spammy "TeamSale" ... meaning that anybody who receives the SMS immediately presses delete!

This issue was not fixed contrary to what they say for release 7.8.0.

Imagine that I was told I had to purchase the phone number for 3 months to be able to receive sms. I do exactly that and then: surprise surprise, i cannot recibe or send sms. so i spent $12 in vain.

Extremely difficult to use

Just spent 2 hours trying to the app on a phone to ring and take people to voicemail. Still doesn’t ring. Customer service is useless.

SMS messages do not work

I contacted the support, but they didn’t help me at all. I’ve moved to a different provider.

I don’t recommend at all

Worst service ever. They ask to verify your identity and yet they don’t connect the service.
Worst customer service. They wont’ even help you find a solution, they just tell you to cancel your order.

Application frauduleuse j’ai payé 30$ pour avoir un numéro virtuel mais ça n’a jamais fonctionné, je déconseille cette application!! Une arnaque totale !

It’s crazy

Number can’t be used to verify even WhatsApp, accounts get suspended after billing has been made and requires only passport upload for kyc verification. Support is just the worst

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, as stated on the website, we cannot guarantee SMS reception from numbers of different countries, which is required from WhatsApp verification. You can always request a refund of the unused balance by creating a ticket to our finance department.

Phone number can’t receive calls

Useless. Their small print reveals that the number can’t be used to receive calls. Only texts. No refund received. Support is useless.

There are mobile numbers in most countries with SMS reception feature that can be used for incoming and outgoing calls. You can change the number to a landline one in the chosen country to get incoming calls. All number connection terms and conditions are stated on the website transparently.
