BUG: anonymous caller causes anonymous dialed
If a caller calls without caller i’d (“anonymous” in the Zadarma iphone app), then the app ALSO shows the number that they called as “anonymous”.
In other words, the app does not tell you what number of yours the anonymous caller has just called, and this information is lost.
The number called should be shown (obviously, right?).

Impressive
I’ve been in business for many years, but always stuck with my landline phone at the office. Was impressed when my employee suggested using Zadarma so we don’t miss calls when we are out of the office (which is quite some time due to the nature of our business). Needed it for work
A useful tool to separate personal and business communication while using one device. Easy to set up, just took me a few minutes. Calls to my work number are clearly marked, which helps to avoid answering spam calls on my mobile (I don’t have to answer calls from unknown numbers on my personal phone anymore). Very good and stable
I’ve expanded my business to France not so long ago and connected a Paris number from Zadarma straight to my phone. No one has ever questioned me actually being in Paris - the connection is as stable as if they called a local number. Really enjoying this appDalasanos
Good for freephone
My company had a freephone number and with switching to remote I was pretty surprised that we could just install an app on my iPhone and carry on like we were still at the office. Call quality has been superb so fardBurnsb
App has not all the options
Lots of options are available only through the web page, payment information and personal sett is, for example. People downloading phone apps to avoid using web versions, so this is extremely frustrating. Also, you can not send text messages to certain countries, Russia for example. But you learn about it only AFTER you put money on your account. As well, when trying to send text to a USA number, system gives you an error, but web version sends such text just fine. All information regarding our services is readily available in the website and in your personal account, including information about inability to send SMS messages to numbers in Russia. We do not have any hidden charges; all payment related information is also transparent. To investigate why you have not been able to send SMS from our app, please email us at support@zadarma.com, so we can test it together. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you can request a refund by sending out a ticket to our finance department.Fraud! Scam!
They sell phone numbers that you cannot use for the first 3 months. You tell me, what is the purpose of purchasing a phone number that does not work? The information about 3 months wait is hidden. I call it FRAUD!
They also require you to send them a photo of yourself holding your open passport in front of the blank sheet with written today’s date on it.
They are collecting personal information. I will report this company to the authorities.
Your response is inadequate. You fraudulent description says nothing about a 3 month wait before anyone may use the number. First 5 bullet points in your app description are all lies! Any connected number can be used right after the identity verification is complete. Virtual numbers need to be prepaid for 3 months only if you are planning to use incoming SMS services, which is stated both on our website and in the personal account. We are required to verify the identity of the user as per regulations of each country, this information can also be found on our website and it is included in the User Agreement, which you agree to when registering with our service.Amazing for international calls
