Excellent app.
Only room for improvement in my opinion would be to allow the user to rearrange their affirmations (when in the ‘Practice’ mode) so they can put them in an order of their choosing). This is not a criticism simply a suggestion as the app really is an excellent self-help tool.

Lifetime membership not working with new phone
First off I wanna say this app is really great! But if you get a new phone then then you will run into issues.
I signed up a couple years ago for a lifetime membership for ThinkUp. Recently, I got a new phone because my old one fell and it broke the screen and wasn’t working very good. So I use my new phone to set up my apps. I go to sign in to the app on my new phone and it doesn’t give me the option to sign in. The only option it gives me is to “sign up”! And there’s no way to send an email to ThinkUp to explain the issue I’m having. The only way that I was able to email them was through my old phone. And even then they have not replied. I’m pretty disappointed because I’ve had them reply to emails before, so I know that they respond. It’s been a couple weeks since I messaged them with no reply.
I’m hoping that they will respond soon but being a couple weeks already it doesn’t look likely.. So I’m trying this venue.. if someone signs up for a lifetime venue then it should be a for a lifetime! I totally understand if I need to somehow cancel the app on my old phone first. But I don’t want to do that unless I have confirmation from them that that is what I need to do to ensure that it will work on my new phone. Although normally I would give this app 4 1/2 star. I am rating it at a 3 at this point. 🙁

Works wonderfully now
*Update: The developer reached out to inform me that they had a glitch in the program but have worked it out. What a relief!
My recordings are all gone. My subscription had not run out. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Signed in under my account and went to premium section to restore purchases and nothing. When you’ve spent so much time recording and have developed a large catalog of affirmations- it’s so disheartening, to say the least. I emailed the developers but I’m not holding my breath, based on everyone else’s reviews. I’ll change my rating and update everyone should they actually follow through.

No customer support
I love this app and I use it regularly. I have a question about the app and have reached out multiple times via the app’s contact page, the online contact page and the email address provided for assistance to no avail. I just upgraded to lifetime membership and am questioning my sanity as I have found no other ways to contact them and ask my questions.
Do any of you know: can you delete and/or rename categories? And don’t you believe it would be helpful if they were alphabetical? I didn’t understand exactly how it worked in the beginning and created too many categories trying to organize my affirmations. I really desire to organize them better now that I have a better idea how I want to use the app. Doesn’t anyone else change their mind? If I can receive customer support, my review would be 5 stars even if I don’t like the answer.

Paid version is very glitchy.
It often puts me back on the free version. The annual subscription is also not cheap so I would expect better.
Great idea
I love this app! It does what it’s supposed to and more:) I can’t say what it was like years ago, but as for pricing I think it’s reasonable and I appreciate that.

Would also be great to play my affirmations with 0 second intervals! I know it helps for when you’re repeating them, but I also use this app in other ways and I find the 3 second interval is still too much sometimes. Otherwise great! :)

Got charged twice !
They charge me twice one for annual subscription and an other one for “for life “subscription ! And I contact the support but no reply at all !!

Incorrectly Charged on “Free” Trial
I signed up for a 1 week free trial and I was immediately charged $22.39 (this doesn’t even correspond to any price option). Sent an email to the contact and have not received a response. Very unimpressed with this fraudulent charge!!!
