  • Slightly better than just fine

The app does what I need it to do. It builds a workout plan for you and it also lets you build your own workout from an extensive list of exercises. You can log your weights and reps. But that’s really about it.

You can’t replace a workout in your prebuilt plan if your gym doesn’t have the right equipment. That’s my biggest gripe with the app.

Im also not sure how to make use of the log. It tells you your weights and reps, but you already know that because you input that information. Then it has a “performance” tab with no information on what that means.

It’s an app that’s slightly better than just fine. I’m ok with the price, but wouldn’t consider paying a single cent more unless they add more features.

  • why d on have to pay to start doing your workouts

It’s a pretty good app but I just don’t want to pay for working out you can make your plan for free but I won’t let you work out unless you pay but if you’re willing to pay I recommend getting this app
  • Bad app

I was excited to download this app and after it asked me a bunch of questions and after i put my answers i wanted test out one of the workouts and after i clicked one to see it it said you have be part of the premium to unlock it and then i clicked another one if it would say the same thing and then it did.

  • This app is a scam

Whenever I came in I got started and it didn’t show the premium thing as much as other apps. But then when I pressed workouts it only left me the option to get premium. I guess the only workout you can get without spending money is pressing the exit button of the premium tab. Then my fingers are super strong now. So I was like “Ok let’s go to exercises maybe I won’t get spammed by the premium option. BUT when I went there I pressed abs and then it asked for premium AGAIN. This is why I think this app is a scam.

  • Honest

I liked a lot but the prescription kinda ruined it.I’m just a kid and my parents can’t really afford anything right now so I have to pay for it and we are going to rapid city for a trip and you can mine gold for ten dollars and I really don’t have much money.
  • Ad creation

The app shows you to help give you the thought but it doesn’t even tell you what would be a good workout unless you spend money and it’s price is insane and you can’t do anything but set up a calendar unless you spend money FOR JUST 1 MONTH or 3 that is awful just make it 1 payment and for god sake just let us know what workouts to do for free you don’t need to tell us witch order or how much but still make it cheaper and easier

  • Pocket Feens

Didnt know I had to pay $4 to pay $60 that seems a little silly to me. Should of just straight up asked for the $60 in the beginning before making me pay a weekly fee just to be reminded to work out everyday. Don’t get me wrong I believe this app deserves a 5 star. But I at least thought paying the $4 it would give me a little more than just begging me to buy the premium every 3 seconds. Definitely just got played lol.

  • This is so cool!!

I do karate and I wasn’t that strong so I discussed that I should do this app. It was okay and I did not get stronger .
And after a few weeks I got stronger! And my karate instructor sed I was getting Stronger and better! I was so happy. And I sed do you really think I am getting better? He said yes! So this app does work! It is so cool.

  • Why do you have to pay to do exercises

The app in general is good but you have to pay for everything. I just want to work out in my house and I do not have a lot of money to pay just to work out. If you are someone like me that does not have a lot of money this is a bad app. It is very good thought you just shouldn’t pay to work out.
  • I want you guys to understand

We’re living in a time age where the only reason people develop apps and other things is to purely sell you unfinished product so they can charge you something this seems like a legalize form of gambling but you’re using someone’s emotions and desires personally this makes your company and many others look bad but I guess it’s just a trend on the side of the market please
