Deletes anytime
The colors are fun. The moody emoji is a nice addition. Problem is that it is way to easy to delete. No warning, no option to cancel, no undo. I have one note that I’ve had to retype 3 times. If there was a lock/unlock option.
Also the select doesn’t seem to have a way out. Once selected I make any move and whatever was highlighted gets deleted and again no undo is available. The reason for the 2 stars is because I like the colors and moods.Show lessCocoava7
The update
I don't like that y'all update y'all did. Also can y'all please add undo button? Do you know how many times I wrote something and accidentally deleted the message? Or ask if are we sure we want to delete. Maybe add a trash section to collect old deleted messages. Maybe add new categories tabs along with color i.e. music, grocery, work, stories, etc colors can be confusing too.Show lessQueenCrabBoo
Text Size
Hi, I’m having trouble changing my text size from small to large. Somehow my large text notes in one of my folders changed to small. It’s so small I can hardly read it. The large A/small A button isn’t working. Does anybody have a suggestion?Felixpug

Please this notes pad I have been using for years and all of a sudden, everything has gone , please tell me how I can retrieve all lost informations I used it everyday and had give 4 stars but now??? Why ?

No longer a great app
I’ve used this app for years. Since 2015, actually. But over the last couple of months it has become very difficult to use. And it is not the phone because I’ve changed phones but am still unable to use it.
I have an iPhone and have always used the app with an iPhone. I started using the app with an iPhone 8, just recently updated from the 12 Pro Max to the 15 Pro Max. The problems are with both of these phones and I only used 85% of the 12 Pro Max memory so it wasn’t a “lack of memory issue”.
When I try to select text to copy, paste, or even change the text by typing, the cursor jumps around and will select text 2 or more entries off of what I selected or will only select part of the text but not give me the option to expand the selection. Then when I try to get back to the text I wanted it doesn’t respond correctly, causing me to have to get out and then back in. It has become very difficult to use.
I’m so disappointed in the latest version that I moved my entries to another app and deleted this one today. It’s not worth the effort it takes to do basic tasks.Show lessSimone Wolfe
Pictures
I was surprised to see that I can no longer add pictures onto a new note!
I now have to take a picture with my camera and attach it to the note, which is very inconvenient, especially when I’m writing and have to interrupt my thought process to take a picture, then add it and continue writing,

What’s just happened?
Suddenly this vital app has become unusable. Adding text is really tricky because of a lag, photos have been minimised and the whole thing feels like it’s going to break at any minute.
If I delete and reinstall it, will I lose 4+ years of journal entries?Mike from Picture
Can’t manually rearrange my notes now
After the newest update, I can’t manually rearrange my notes the way I had them. You can only arrange them now by date, color, and alphabetically. I don’t like this, bring back the rearranging option. Why remove it in the first place? This app is one of my favorites.
