Almond wi-fi router
Constantly drops connection. No updates for the app or device in years. Time to switch routers to a different brand I suppose. App says you can connect locally to control router when the cloud is down but when you connect locally there's no options in app to do anything. You can't even restart the router. It's a shame because I really liked the touch screen and style of this little router/range extender.Show lessSand
Not working
Almond app has lost its reliability. Every 2-3 months it losses the cloud access and soon after it will start loosing the local connection as well. Rebooting the router will fix the local connection but for couple of days and when cloud connection error is reported via email they will take month/s to solve it. And this whole scenario will be repeated again in 2-3 monthsShow lessMufasaras
Very unreachable company
I have been trying to communicate with securifi but they don’t answer emails, text or calls. The server has been down for sometime now. Cannot set devices. I am planning leave this company.Andarige'
Becoming pointless
Getting irritated with tech support. Takes a week to respond via email. Now the app isn’t working with router or extender (both are almond)Sirantonpoplett
Frustrating
I keep getting “almond offline” messages, and I’m unable to see what’s going on. I use this for work, this hiccup mean I get no days off.
Also the device history is weirdly organized/useless. You don’t get a detailed history of when motion has been detected or anything else. It just shows you random points in time, days and weeks apart. You can’t just view daily activity.
The support phone line is useless, and I’m still waiting on an email back from the support email provided.

Minimum configuration
You can do only minimum configuration. The only way you can really access advanced features is from the browser interface.BikeNJ

Offline Almond
Whenever I tried to disconnect one device, the message of Almond Offline appeared and I couldn’t disconnect. Really frustratingPorcupie
No instructions or manual
I’m trying to setup port forwarding on my almond plus so o logged in from my pc only to be met with a message that forwarding is only accessible from the App. So I opened the app which I’ve never used and can’t find anything to do with port forwarding. What’s worse is that I can’t find any instructions when searching the internet. No doubt tech support can talk me through this but it’s Sunday and they’re closed. The manual for the Almond router is only 39 pages and doesn’t mention the app at all.Show lessGimme privacy
