Great costomer service
I bought 3 books, and I found one ePub can’t read on my iPhone. So I switch to a browser on my Mac but it turns out I can’t read any books on any browsers ( safari and chrome ).
Then I reach out to the customer service via fb and they reply me quite fast and help me solve the iPhone problem ( now I’m waiting for them to solve my browser problem too )
Anyway I’d say the application itself might not be the best but they have a very good customer Survice team so I’m pretty sure they could be better :-)
I’ll give 5 stars later if I feel the app is improved

Best UI for Thai ebook
Hytexts app is pleasing to the eye and easy to use. There are several fonts to choose from in epub format too.
