Great costomer service
I bought 3 books, and I found one ePub can’t read on my iPhone. So I switch to a browser on my Mac but it turns out I can’t read any books on any browsers ( safari and chrome ).
Then I reach out to the customer service via fb and they reply me quite fast and help me solve the iPhone problem ( now I’m waiting for them to solve my browser problem too )
Anyway I’d say the application itself might not be the best but they have a very good customer Survice team so I’m pretty sure they could be better :-)
I’ll give 5 stars later if I feel the app is improved

Best UI for Thai ebook
Hytexts app is pleasing to the eye and easy to use. There are several fonts to choose from in epub format too.

Scam on payment option
Really want to read the new เอกเทพ book...this is only one site that have it first...ended up got charged on buying credits on iTunes about $10 but couldn't downloaded the book through it but got charged twice....finally have to use a credit card to pay for....$30 some spent just to read a novel I want
Oh well... hope this app/web doings something to fix it or hope they're getting bad karma for scamming people like this

hytext app won't work after restore
Hytexts is one of my favorites ebook stores because of epub format. I just got an iPad mini 1 with iOS 9.3.4 and plan to use it as ebook reader (instead of reading on iPhone). However, hytexts is just unusable on iPad mini 1. Everytime I tap the book I was reading, it will not remember last reading page and always go to first page of the book.
Now, I just found out that it is because of I restore the device from backup and this app won't work after restore. So, I have to delete the app, install the app and re-download all the books again to make it works.

Very easy to use. Very great app for Thai living abroad. But I wish they'll be more book available though, not just the newly released novels. 👍🏻
