  • Nice to see this effort, seems no flexibility in units or periodicity

I might have missed things but from my quick attempt, it seems I can’t enter rainfall in mm nor on a monthly basis.
  • Can’t see anyone else’s data

I had hoped this would allow me to see rainfall totals that others had recorded in my area. There was no data visible for my state or region (Pacific NW). Either everyone has their apps set to private or the users are all concentrated in California. If I had a rain gauge of my own this might be a fun app.

  • Pornography

It’s been hacked to display naked woman on the first screen!

Were you seeing this in the ads or was it an image someone uploaded on a precip report? I can not find any inappropriate images.
  • Perfect app for tracking rainfall

This app has all the features needed for tracking rainfall. Intuitive interface and easy to use. Easy entry of rainfall from my backyard raingauge, and historical tracking so I know when it's time to water the lawn & garden.

It also has a handy feature to see other people's rainfall entries based on their city, which is nice. The only thing that could be better is more people near me using the app! Closest data point I can see is hundreds of miles away.

  • Love it

Simple and effective way to keep track of rain and snow totals. I use it extensively in my growing operations. It has a feature that allows you to go back and get estimated rain if you forget to record. So good that I'm not sure why it's free.
  • Invisible App Support

I have been using this app for many months as its really the only useful one in the app store to record your own rainfall readings.
It works ok but occasionally enters my rainfall in inches instead of the chosen default mm.
There seems to be no way to contact the developer as all links just end up in no site found.
If the developer is reading this I would like to request that the weekly/monthly/yearly totals remain in mm not converted to inches as most of the world except the US has used metric for decades.
My other request is please make a paid app and get rid of the advertising!

    Update.
Thanks for finally replying but if you don't fix the "contact developer" link there is no way to make contact with you and reply other than via the review page !!!

Hello sorry I missed this review as I was not looking at reviews from outside of the US! My bad! Thank you for the feedback, good suggestion about viewing your precip history in your default measurement, I will definitely look to add that. Also when it occasionally enters your recording in inches, does it convert the number at all or just display as inches? If so where is it displaying it incorrectly? Thanks again, maybe ill add an in app-purchase to remove ads as well!
  • Great app!

Makes it so easy to record rain totals.. And it's kinda cool to be able to see others reports on the map
  • Very nice app

I was looking for a way to keep a log of rain totals and found this app. So far I'm really very happy with it but feel I can give 5 stars with a few tweaks. 1) I chose for it to show city but map is way off. 2) Unable to correct a mistake, add a comment or change location after saving so totals are off. With changes this app is definitely one I would keep using.
