  • Hasn’t worked for over a year!

    Worked fine until I changed my password. Since then when I try to sign in, a window pops up that says, “There was an error processing your request, please try again later. (code 500)” I have called Transcend about this several times, and after trouble shooting with a rep with no success, I never get a call back from any of the app technical support team they tell me will call. I have deleted the app and redownloaded several times too, nothing helps.

    Update on 1/8/19: Still no resolution to my problem and still no follow up to try to resolve. EXTREMELY disappointing.

    App isn't bad but could be better. If you're going to give us text alerts, at least let them be detailed. Just saying "a purchase made" is nothing. Needs to tell where and how much otherwise the alerts are pointless. The purpose of the alerts should be so I don't have to open the app all the time.

  • Everything but mobile deposit

    Decent app but no mobile deposit feature. Every other small to mid-size bank seems to offer this nowadays. I don't have access to Telco banks anymore and could really use an easy way to deposit checks.
  • Where is mobile deposit feature?

    This ap does a great job with what it offers but not including mobile deposit is a major flaw. Please add this soon!
  • Improved but lacking...

    This app is a much needed improvement on the last one. My gripe is that competitors within the region offer mobile deposits, when will Telco join 2014? The branch hours are not exactly friendly for me, so I would love to be able to take a picture of a check and make a deposit.

    I have been waiting for Ky. t to produce an app like this. Absolutely fantastic. Just another benefit of being a member of such a terrific financial institution. I really feel that we have something special in our credit union. Been a member for a long while and become more and more satisfied each year. I love this credit union and could not ask for better people to handle my money.
