Why I cannot login? I Already paid one year, but it is not work.
Good and Bad
I have subscribed for almost 2 years. Since I am in China most of the time, I need a VPN to reach certain websites. ARK VPN can be good when it works but it also loses its connectivity. I couldn’t connect for 3 months last year. Finally, about 4 months ago, it worked again. But now it is not. So frustrating! It also gets hung up with the constant updating it does while using it. I can understand it doing this with free users but I pay for the service. It halts the signal and I have to disconnect and start again after the updates. I probably won’t pay for another year. Too frustrating and not smart to pay for something I can’t use year round.

Doesn’t allow you to restore purchase
This app claims to allow family sharing and the ability to restore purchases from apple ID. I have subscribed to this app for years and they faithfully take their money from my account every year. The problem I’m having is that when my family or myself change our phones we can no longer restore the purchase and are now required to take a yearly subscription at 3 times the price that I’m currently paying. There is no customer support. When you try to access their website it’s non-responsive. Apple should really look into this rip-off company

Disappointed
Have used this app for 3 years with no problem in fact have told friends about it. However for some reason as soon as I renewed my subscription I have not been able to access any BRITISH TV. I travel a lot and so far this year I have not been able to access anything after 2 months in South Africa and now in the USA 2 weeks and unable to access.
If anybody has a solution I would be grateful to know.
As sadly I will be cancelling this subscription.
