Asks to redownload a nonexistent app
This app used to function very well until these last three days. It keeps prompting to download a new version of the app… and it doesn’t exist! I can’t add money to the phone, the connection drops, and the online customer service has been awful.

I am international customer learning but not fluent in Macedonian. The fact that all text messages and application tasks are not available in English is a problem. In this day of easy translation apps, maybe this issue could be addressed
