The app is most likely programmed in generic environment meant for all platforms one time instead of the company Making the right decision and programming natively for iOS/Android.
This results in an app that is extreme slow to load data and elements, even on the newest most powerful phones and networks.Gogence

Payments from the app don’t work
Adding a payment card is not working well. While adding a payment card if your phone goes to screen lock.. all the data that you put in is gone and you have to start from the beginning. Even if you manage to have luck and add you card , payments never go through. Gateway errors all the time.
Fix your app please so we dont have to wait in line in the store to pay the bill. What years is this 1990??Jorah.G
