Needed help getting to Admin settings on phone. Kept telling me I needed admin password but i did not have one. Called support. A human answered the phone and I was directed to support immediately. Password was given to me and problem solved. Under 60 seconds. That is the best support I've ever used.

Still needs help
I've had this camera & app for about a year now. The camera isn't entirely bad but it's more of the app. It likes to disconnect, "playback end", and/or just decide not to work for whatever reason. This app needs A LOT more improvement. I can play snake on a Nokia phone faster than this app to work just half the time...

No support
Great camera, crap app setup. You're screwed if the password doesn't work....no recovery method. You'd think they would have that, or a link to email support, nope.
So, because of the crap app, I can't use my camera to all of its abilities (motion sensor setting, using the light)

Absolute garbage
The app and camera have a mind of their own - on some days everything works as designed, other times you just get a constant loop of "connected" then "disconnected" before you even see an image. Will never buy this brand again. Time to get something more reliable. The email notifications do not work, actually - they've never worked. Like I said - absolute garbage.

Pretty good until...
The app's been ok until January 1st 2016. This is when it wouldn't let me view recorded videos after Dec 31st 11:59pm! I think it's time for an update as I reinstalled camera and the app. I really hope it gets resolved soon.
2 for camera update disappointing
Thanks for the update, I was so excited to see the same app that lacks functionality that other free ones do. Wth. Ad functionality like rewind and ability to save to device. I intend to buy more camera. But others are so far ahead. Your equipment is great but your app lacks so much others are doing!

Had much higher hopes.
There's some real potential but cam/app still not to par. Cannot recommend at this time.
1) Documentation: quick start guide a good idea but missing key steps you will need the user's guide for anyway. Mislabeling of Mic and Reset button between docs' diagrams.
2) Orientation: missing a '90-degree rotate' option for those that want a tall / portrait shot.
3) Performance: takes unacceptable amount of time to queue requested videos; which CAN'T be copied to phone, btw.
4) Connection: I have new / close-by Fios hardware and I'm amazed that it so frequently CAN'T connect.
5) Set up: not as easy as the box says. There are a quantity of poorly explained pins and passwords to enter and set along the way.
6) Playback: no 'scrubbing' or rewind option. Have to play clip over from start; very annoying.

Very Good!
Picture quality during daylight is excellent. At night, black & white, unless a light source is on. Then is in color.
Wish the PTZ had separate record and go to points of view. It gets confusing.

ACL SightHD
Setup one camera for use on iPhone 6+ with moderate ease. Once it all connected, was pretty much impressed with functionality, but not too pleased with time it takes for connectivity. Then, it stopped "functioning" within 24 hrs relative to accessibility of menu items: it did continue to record whenever someone was in visual area of camera, however, could no long get it to play back, could not get tapping response into "Advance" feature, or any other capabilities within the menu.
At this point, I cannot recommend this product, and may return it if issues are not resolved.

A good start.
This app has worked well when paired with my AWF51 outdoor camera. Setup went smoothly and the app launches quickly and has never crashed. That said, there are some basic improvements I would like to see made. First, it should be possible to change the notification sound that plays when you get a push notification of movement within the cameras field of view. This would allow these messages to stand out from others. Also, you should be able to set the camera to automatically record a few seconds of video when it detects any movement.
It's nice that you can zoom in on the live video feed, however this feature would be vastly more useful if you could then slide the image around. If what you want to see isn't in the very center of the video you can't see it in the zoomed video.
