Don’t trust this site someone is controlling my camera when I’m away from home Login and I nothing but black screen. Call support they can’t help unless u are home with camera????

Doesn’t meet google standards for security. Therefore I get no emails.

I am really trying to like this setup. Got my camera, set it up, works okay. Every time I go into this app and I need to make adjustments I need my password. When I want to ARM the device, I need my password. Every time I need to adjust my settings, I need my password. WHY, WHY, can’t it be setup to open with my thumbprint, like other apps!!!

Worked only for a week
It was a smooth set up. I was satisfied with it because i was able to keep an eye on my dog while at work. BUT it stopped connecting to the app. It keeps sAying connecting then failed to connect. I tried resetting, redownloading the app, re-adding the camera to the app but nothing works. Waste of money. I should’ve took the warning when I read the reviews.. :(

This is a big waste of money and time. It doesn't do anything it's said to do. Instructions are nowhere near accurate and don't have any troubleshooting at all and, believe me, you'll need that. This camera is nothing but trouble. The company should be charged with fraud and theft because its an absolute ripoff. It would've been better to just flush the money down the toilet.

And good luck trying to get a hold of someone for tech support. I threw both of mine in the goodwill box. Trash.

I had GREAT customer support. This is the first day of camera protection.
In the past I've had things stolen from my locked apartment. Someone stole my prescriptions that are sellable on the street. The last thing that was stolen was my expensive wireless headphones.
Oh, I almost forgot, an idiot used my toilet & never flushed it. My boyfriend and I noticed that when we walked in my place after being gone for awhile.
Now, starting today, I'm well armed with my security camera. If or when an unauthorized person comes in again, it will be recorded and blasted on Facebook.

Great product!!
Been looking and researching for a couple of years for a user friendly camera with iPhone capabilities. The picture, night or day, is exceptional. I did run into a few minor issues while setting up but the customer service I received was above and beyond. Will definitely be purchasing more for other properties I manage
