Don’t waste your money on this. It doesn’t connect at all not even to view a live video. If I could give negative stars I would.

I have had these doorbell cameras for several months now. I can never access the recording and they take forever to connect and when they do they disconnect within 30 seconds. A complete waste of money
Techs but can’t connect
This is crap. Phone won’t connect to doorbell. Waste of money. Uninstalled software and reinstalled to no avail.
Wasted money
The camera does not connect to WiFi or BT for more then a minute so I could not even set it up. Definitely will never recommend or purchase from this company again. Returning the camera for my money back going with a reputable company with good reviews.
Make sure you have a great interest connection
I can't get this thing to work bought a WiFi extender.. still no luck! Called their support and if you can't get your WiFi which I have as about as high as you can get and still this thing only connects up to 30% !! It's just not worth all the aggravation🥺I only gave it a three because it will work 1/3 of the time🤷♀️ BUMMER!! All that money for Nothing!

Door Bell
It’s a piece of junk. Don’t waste your time with this one. My door bell is locate right by my WiFi but get connection errors all the time. When trying to to watch the play back video, it always error out saying it’s disconnected. Very disappointed!! Wast of money.
AVOID!!!
I did not purchase the ALC camera, my mom did, otherwise I’d be furious to have wasted money on a Product that is otherwise useless. I’ve been using the app for over a week, receiving numbers notification alerts and yet I was only able to successfully connect to the camera twice. This defeats the purpose of having the app, to be able to see who is at your front door. Don’t bother!

Worked with Previous Versions
Would take away the one if I could Worked fora bit, now I can no longer search or view from any timeframe like before. Now, I cannot view any recordings.
Waste of time and money!!
After reading all the iffy reviews I decided to give it a try anyway, well I’ve had these cameras installed outdoors for a few months now and it’s a complete waste!! I’ve never been more frustrated or disappointed ina product like I am with this one.. The camera is always disconnecting, ( saying error connecting )download and view options are impossible to use and the camera freezes constantly.. I would not recommend these cameras to anyone!!

Horrible App & Horrible Camera
The camera is very difficult to setup and operation/performance is horrible. Motion detection only works up to about 8 feet away. The camera/app does not log/organize recordings correctly. Stay away from this low grade garbage.
