Not the best.
The app always notifies me that there’s motion but very rarely are the videos there when I go to look in events. So it’s almost pointless bc if I missed something while not home I couldn’t go back and get the video 90% of the time! Annoying more then anything!

I tried to set this up when I was typing in a password the screen disappeared when I went back from the beginning it wouldn’t let me do anything had to reset the doorbell with the button was able to set it up but it stopped working so I tried to set it up again. O luck wil try to set the rest button again after wasting all day.

For looks only
When I try to play back the recorded events it always says error. I would think if I click on the notification as soon as I get it I would be able to see who walked by or whatever it was... but NOOO takes about a full 30 seconds to actually go to the live camera feed and by that time the person has already left. Please save your money

Awesome app
I love this app and it helps me know when someone is breaking in but I get alerts and and there is literally nothing moving but it’s very useful
Horrible services
These cameras I purchased about a month ago or 2 and I decided to put one in my house and the other outside my house and so it has unfortunately bad issues, like when I’m recording and I try to press the button to stop recording and save it,,... it doesn’t save, voice goes in and not and it has a lot of issues and was even a bit dificulte to connect. NOT Recommended do you’re research before purchasing. This one is a NO GO! Stay away from it.

Ugh
Unintuitive software. Refused to accept the admin password, and could not reset to factory settings. Had to return for a refund.
The Perfect Doorbell Camera with local storage
At first try, it connect and then disconnect like every 2 seconds or won’t even find the camera on my network, which is the same experience everyone here left a negative review for. But I insisted for an hour and then figure it out. If you connect the doorbell directly to your WiFi and have the same problem simply delete your network from the app, reset the doorbell camera. There’s a reset button in the back of the doorbell camera. Connect the WiFi extender to your WiFi network and then connect the doorbell camera ONLY to the WiFi extender NOT your WiFi network and all the problems everyone is experiencing in these reviews will then be history. Very confused
I love it, it works really well and is semi-easy to use and control. My only issue is that I have trouble using it away from home. I walk ten feet and it says it’s unable to connect. HEEELP ME

Frustrated
Doorbell disconnects every few weeks. I have had to uninstall the app and reinstall every other week it seems. I love the camera quality and the doorbell itself just frustrated that I have to keep reinstalling app and go through set up again and again. If this would get fixed it would be perfect!!
