App doesn’t work!
App doesn’t work! Wants a key code that I don’t have.
Why pick a funeral home?
The code is for a funeral home. Kinda scary I need to pick my funeral home right off the bat
No longer works
Keeps asking for key code. App will not work without it.
Key Code?
Downloaded the app, but it ask for a Key Code. No idea what it wants, or how to obtain the key code.
Used to be a good app
I’ve had this a while and was so pleased. It has asked me to accept the terms then won’t allow me to enter info. It asks for key code, which I don’t use, but will not go on without entering code. Will be deleting.

It won’t let me load information and keeps asking for a code. Never got one. Gonna delete it.
Horrible and dangerous!
I take 4 prescription medicines—all common generics. Only one was listed, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to type in other choices. Don’t you think a first responder or ER doctor would want to know about my blood thinner and blood pressure meds??? The only one that was listed was the least important—a statin.

Nice Application
VitalBoard has been around for a little while. The app is good but needs a few things. I can't upload a personal pic and more space is needed to add additional Doctors.

I’ve downloaded some other emergency apps, most of which are crap. This one seems to have a lot of useful features and seems very easy to use. I need to get my parents to download this.
