It’s so good

E platform is a good app to read books and listen it has good books with good rearders the really draw me into the book.

Does not allow me to add new library

I have changes school but it does not allow me to change the school and add new ones to the library, it just doesn’t load

Hi, Please follow below instruction to change school/ add a new library in the ePlatform APP: 1. Tap on the main menu (hamburger button - in the bottom of the app). 2. Tap on 'Add New Library'. 3. Search and choose the school. 4. Upon successful login, the school will be added under library. Can’t add a library - UPDATE

I tried to add CPA Australia but when I click on sign in using CPA Australia, it greys out and does not work. The same happens with other libraries as well such as CAANZ.

UPDATE - the developers have fixed the issue which is great. Thanks for listening to our feedback.

i like books

great app. i usually prefer using the web version more but mobile is pretty good. Been using it to borrow books from the school library for about 3-4 years now have had no issues. Really good!

BEST TO READ just one prob

I love this app so good love it so much books many genres u can read but one problem is that after you read you need to wait sometime then you can borrow so pls let it borrow books after I read and return.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. The number of books that you can borrow at one time is often set by your librarians, so I would recommend speaking to them to get more information on the borrowing limit.

This a great app with a wide variety of books and audio books but there is one problem with it , every time I try to read a book it glitches normally going back a few pages and not letting me turn back on to the right page . It has books I love that I cannot find anywhere else and I’m always really excited to read a book that I find on it but I cannot stand that glitch that stops me from reading it .

Vertical scrolling

When reading a ebook i feel scrolling is better so I really hope we could get that soon

New layout

It was a very good app to start with and I always loved reading on it. But once I updated it to this new layout, it signed me out and my login wasn’t letting me back in😭 a real pity

Problem with update 3.0.2

I have enjoyed using this app for the last couple of years when COVID prevented me from using the library. There was an update just over a week ago which caused me a few problems but settled down and I was able to see my loans and reserves, saved items and loan history and seemed to be an improvement on the previous version. Unfortunately, the update 3.0.2 which happened 2 days ago has erased it all. Is there anything we can do to reinstall all the lost data? I use the app on my iPhone 12 and iPad 8th generation and both have same problem.
