Love the app - when it’s up to date - but here’s the problem:
For the past couple of weeks, the app shows the prior day’s paper instead of the current edition. Sometimes it’s after noon before I can actually read the paper. I called the GDT about this but had to leave a voice mail and no one has responded.
Very Good Newspaper Digital App
This app does its job in making e-news readable. It occasionally puts in unneeded spaces between letters and odd section breaks when moving article to the next page. I wish it could enable live links and the ability to highlight and copy parts of text. Otherwise it's pretty good.
Readable, easy to use and necessary to the city.
Good and necessary. Needs more hard hitting analysis of city government.

My wife has family from Gloucester and we have always loved the area. It is great to be able to be connected to the area! Thank you for a great source of local info.
Never a problem
Gloucester MA Times app always works. Better than Globe or NYTimes apps. News, features, even adds can be clicked.
Easy to read
This app is a big improvement over past versions. The e-version of the newspaper works well.

Wherever I am I can still get the flavor of home through this app. It works just fine.
Worst app
Crashes all the time. Time for me to drop my subscription and move on. Worst app ever.
IPhone app no longer crashing
App seems to be working a lot better on my iPhone, no more crashes. I like to see it.

Crashes frequently
App probably needs to be updated to support latest OS. Crashes about 50% of the time, closing app completely will occasionally solve the issue.
App also does not always remember login credentials and the integration with the website is poor. Lots of back and forth.
Still, great way to keep up on Gloucester when it's working! And sure beats collecting all that newspaper. :)
