We are not sure how can you guaranteedly say your card information was stolen from our platform. We would would really appreciate if you can show us the proof so we will rectify any security flaws in our platform and also compensate you for any loss you might have incurred. We take security of our data and as well as our customer data very seriously. We serve thousands of customers and we have built many platforms prior to this that are used by millions of users and we never had any such security complaints with the systems we built. We built our platform with security in mind from the day one. Every feature we add goes through complete security audit before we release it to customers. Security and Quality are not after thoughts in our platform. In fact we don't even store your credit card information in our platform. Your credit card information is stored in a secure payment vault outside our platform, even if someone were to hack into our system they won't be able to get your credit card information. We never share your credit card information with the restaurant where you placed the order. We never sell any of your data to anyone. Can you please share any evidence you have to prove that your card information is stolen from our system, we are very curious to understand the problem. In fact our delivery prices starts with just $1.99, which is one of the lowest compared to all other delivery platforms.
BEWARE of fraud!

We would like to clarify that this order was placed end of February when there was an unexpected snow storm in the Portland area. It was very difficult to deliver due to icy conditions, most of our drivers were not available hence we sent the order to a third party for delivery. We never got any communication from this customer. We only learnt his order was not delivered only when we saw this review here. As soon as we saw the review, we did contact the customer and explained what happened. We also refunded all the fees we collected including the tips. We called the customer several times to verify he got his fees refunded back to his account and he confirmed the receipt of the same. Again we are extremely sorry that we didn't deliver your order due to inclement weather but this is more of an exception in our service due to weather which is beyond our control.
