Terrible customer support!!
I have tried to use this app on multiple devices, installing & re-installing + paying for the lremium version only to have it stop continuously!
I emailed customer support several times with no reply from them.

Cool App, but unstable
I really like this app, great features easy setup. However, it needs bug fixes. First: I paid for the upgrade and I still get pop up ads when going back to the main screen on the viewing device. It crashes when i try to use my iPhone 7 as the camera and my iPhone 6 as the viewer. My iPhone 7 has trouble with live steam over 4G to my iPhone 6.Show lesspop-ups

Can't beat the quality and features for the price. Works as well as systems costing $500. Or more. Using old galaxy note 5 and htc m8 as cameras and galaxy s8 as viewer.rttwlr77
Caught my landlord
Suspected someone coming into my locked room when I'm out , searched and tried many apps to find out out what's happening when I'm out...but this app gave me what i needed, motion alert and recording when it happens..I can view from anywhere, it uploads the footage to my Dropbox in case the device itself gets stolen...best still it records while the screen is off..so I set it up on my tablet and left it casually on my desk..after few days of setting it up while I'm at work I get automated email of motion alert... it was the most shocking thing I have seen as it was my room with the landlOrd
Going through my closet...the more crazy thing is he had a knife...I'm guessing it's in case I walked in on him...shocking...he got arrested for burglary..had to write a review..Show lessAlyoushka

I upgraded but the ads are still there as is the countdown timer. I'm confident "Warden" will take care of this matter ASAP. The APP itself is the best of its category in the APP Store. I'll write another review to let all know what happened.MMbrady
Works most of the time
This works about 80% of the time. Most of the time I try to sign in and it kicks me out. I purchased the app thinking it would work better than the free trial and its the opposite. Wish I could get my money back.clarissa88362
Testing
Got the pro version of this app to learn a bit about security cameras as I want to set them up for my front and back doors.
Initial impressions are simple install and interface - easy to use.
I'm using with Dropbox and BT Infinity (35mbs down, 10mbs up) and remote access via BT wifi hotspots.
Using an old iPhone 4s (ios9) as a camera gives about 2fps, an iPhone 6 gives 7fps and an iPhone 7 manages around 12fps. The phones will sit active for 1 to 2 hours in 'motion detect' mode on battery before battery depletes, so for any serious use they will clearly need to be powered.
Remote connection to cameras is unreliable, even if camera is ok and running. App occasionally (10 %- 20% of time) crashes out on camera device when left running - maybe because they are on battery.
Overall an interesting and affordable introduction to this tech. My devices tell me version 2 s/w is just released, interested to see how it's improved (or not) over the next week.Show lessGameBozz
