I spent a lot of time trying to get all of my health data in one place and Apple health seems like the most reasonable place to do that. The Apple health app is pretty disappointing as far as display and data input, esp since iOS 10 "improved" it.
This app allows me to use one place to input most variables, and see most of the info that I have in Apple health from one source or another. It is the best I can find, and is quite functional.
If I open a single variable I can see additional info like a graph over time.
Three things I that could be improved would be (1) the ability to see graphs of more than variable at a time (such and sleep hours and exercise).
(2) neither Apple health nor this app seem inclined to calculate the BMI for me, even though they have my most recent height and weight. I have to add a BMI data point to get it in there. (3) the heart rate display could be more useful- maybe Ave resting HR (from any measurements between 3 and 5 AM)? The average HRs over the course of the day don't seem as helpful. The max and min are OK, but my Apple Watch puts in occasional low outliers (34?? I wish. More like 60). So, "third lowest" measurement of the day would be more useful than "minimum" to me.
