Decent but could be a lot better
Some minor improvements would improve the day to day of all its customers. Start up speed of the application could be improved. Or also a simple widget could be built for the unlock mechanism would save a lot of time and make using the application much more enjoyable

Great at serving ads, terrible at everything else
Only unlocks our apartment gate 30-40% of the time, other times glitches out and fails to notify us or establish a connection.
Temporary passcodes issued for “24 hours” actually last exactly 24 minutes.
Sometimes hilife gate says “unlocked” but is actually still locked.
