No ptz control. But the app seems to work, so thats a plus.
Slow when works
Remote connection stops working even though I can see video remotely though a web browser.
When it does work there are long delays before video is visible. Quality is good though.

Good app if you have the luck to find the right settings.
Missing Some Features
I wish it was more feature filled including:
- Ability to turn LEDs on
- Ability to talk through camera speaker
- Multi-view should be live and give various view options
- Speed to bring bring up videos is much slower than third party apps.
Basically I use this only to access stored recordings. I use Owlr for live view as it can turn my LEDs on and it is extremely quick to get live video going.
I hope Axis can complete the feature set so I can use just one app.

No recordings available
Can no longer view recordings on any devices remotely since the latest upgrade version of this app. Not so secure for a security system monitoring program. Still no fix... not even sure if Axis monitors its own apps to verify they function properly...

Just start over again
This is by far one of the most useless and unreliable apps I have ever downloaded from the App Store. The features are limited, designed for viewing only with no remote control capabilities of my cameras. Five times out of 10 my site will fail to load and I can not get access to my cameras. It's also common for me to be able to load one camera but not the other. I never have the confidence I should have that the app is going to function correctly 100% of the time when I am away and need to monitor my home.
Overall I am on the fence about the products from this company. The build quality of the cameras are mostly good, but not enough attention is paid to the software which side of things which is taking on an increasingly larger role... And did I mention their support?

Can't export recordings
Much improved. It loads much faster and is way less buggy. The app is usable now.
Quad view
My god , please add multiple quad views setup for cameras , I need to have a few quad views screens so I can switch between them easy it's really annoying to switch back and forth from one camera to another . PLEASE
Also please allow rearrange cameras in the main list window .
And please add groups to break cameras into groups. Thanks

Not carefully reviewed by developer.
All of my passwords and login to myAxis was deleted when I updated the app. I don’t see why these couldn’t be preserved.
