Pointless
Does anyone at tech support or developer ever read these reviews? Your app is awful, never opens, your last update was over 4 months ago. Seriously? Your service isn’t cheap. A working app would be nice. It Never opens.

Absolute waste of time ... and judging by all of the older reviews Blue Ridge doesn’t seem to care that their app doesn’t work.
Not a good app
This isn't a very good app at all. When I'm able to login, which isn't tonight, the format and content aren't that great. But I have no choice. This is the only cable/Internet provider in the little section of Pennsylvania where I live. And they know it. Thus, the mediocre app.

Wake up blue ridge, pay your techs to fix the app. Or sell out to comcast!.

I think Ben Franklin could have developed a better app in the 18th century.
Stopped working
This used to work on my iPad and iPhone, but not any more. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app, and turned off & on the cable box, modem, and wifi router.

Horrible waste of time and effort. I’ve tried to get this to work on my iPad, and iPhone. Most of the time says it can’t connect, once in a while it will connect but then in less then five minutes locks up then it won’t reconnect. I’ve called blue ridge several times and the girl I spoke to says it works fine at her house so I guess that’s the extent of customer service.

Does not GO
This app crashes when not on WiFi, even though it says you can download and watch remotely. BRC hasn’t addressed it in TWO years of awful reviews. Horrible service
