Love the App but Tech Support is Lacking

When the App works it’s great but I have difficulty with live-streaming even within the “listening area” from both WiFi and cellular. I am constantly getting “Geo Restriction” errors that don’t allow me to live stream. On multiple contacts to tech support, I am told it’s you not us. I am told to turn off VPN which I don’t have, I am told “Our stream is functioning as intended. For whatever reason our system thinks you’re not in the United States.”
The staff at the radio station are GREAT but their IT Tech support are no help.

I guess I can’t stream from my phone to my wireless speaker anymore when working in my yard in the listening area. Anyone have a small portable battery operated AM/FM radio for sale?
