Fix the menu please!
The menu and back button are hard to press as they are right in the corner of the screen. And scroll lock so when you go back you are in the same place?

Stepwise gains but annoying.
This app is much better than it used to be but still has a way to go. The most annoying thing was always the manual login which was addressed a while ago. The search ability is still not as good as it should be. There are also some very irritating things, such as the back arrow inexplicably sitting partially or totally behind the clock on the top left of the iPhone display which makes it impossible to navigate back from the screen you are on. Stuff like that is just really irritating. The lack of frequent updates doesn’t help. They seem to happen once in a blue moon.Show lessDoctorStuart
Too many glitches
This Ap is costing Sport Pursuit lots of sales as it is so bad. If you scroll down through a list then stop to look at an item, then return to the list you invariably have to scroll all the way back down to get to where you were. Tedious.
Last night I tried to buy an item I liked, but was told there was an error with my billing address.
Weird, as there was no error the previous week when it worked, and I’d ticked the box to make billing address the same as delivery address which was apparently fine!
I couldn’t make my purchase so gave up. When I contacted SP to point this out to them, I got a reply just suggesting I use a browser as the Ap is rubbish! 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️Show lessAlicollyer
Already poor app even worse
The app was very average at best before this update now it’s even worse. Go to check orders and it just redirects you to the internet where you have to log in again. I love sports pursuit for the products, never had anything bad from them but the website and app leaves a lot to be desiredrikkkkkko
Backward step for app
App just updated and not for the better. Have to sign in every time I open it. Lost the ability to sign in with fingerprint on my iPad. Would like ability to use Face ID with my iPhone but have to sign in there as well.
When I go to look up my account details it takes me out of the app to the web page where I have to sign in again!
I love Sport Pursuit for their products and prices but the app and website are clunky at best.

Heavenly website, hellish app.
Love the sport pursuit concept and website. Didn’t realise they had an app and thought I’d try it. Put simply, there’s a reason word isn’t spreading.
Issues with Face ID, some log in authentication issue, less stable than a cardboard house, GUI generally but particularly on search filtering is awful.
Lots of work to do here guys, you aren’t doing the brand any favour with a half finished job.Show lessJonoh1709
Fix the log-in
Really frustrating that you can’t login using facial recognition. This has now been around for a while guys. Can you make the app work with it please - am getting fed up if having to manually login. This is the only app I have that requires this - and will be deleted soon if you don’t fix this.brocoo1
Out of date for Face ID
Since updating to an iPhone 11 there is no way of quickly logging in to the app. It seems unnecessary that you have to log in every time anyway but now having to manually login just means I have no interest in browsing the sales. Even when I could login with Touch ID before you would be greeted with low res versions on the images found on the website and there would only ever be 1 photo where online there would be multiple.
SportPursuit online is a great experience, using it on mobile is a pointless endeavour. Sort it out!Show lessrossls
Recently need to sign in every time for some reason
Was a functional app until recently when for some reason I started having to sign in every time I open the app! Before I only needed to sign in sporadically (like once every couple of weeks or after a period of inactivity) which was much more user friendly. Please fix this!yongers
Great app
I like this app- I’ve bought lots of stuff from sports pursuit and have never had any problems with delivery- it’s a bit different and sometimes you have to wait until the end of the sale but they explain this clearly to you. I’ve also returned items with no hassle about securing refunds straight to my bank (within the refund window).
