Submitted my first video, and less than a day later it was bought!
Now that I know what I need and how to get it I can keep the videos flowing.
These guys pay through PayPal so that’s easy enough. I live in a pretty active city but don’t get many requests. Though I am creative enough to go out and find stories. This app is definitely amazing for those who are willing to put in the work.

Do Better Stringr!
If you don’t mind wasting gas and time this app is for you! So here’s how it works, you get a request however there is no guarantee of a download! The clients here in Denver send out plenty of requests, but they will hardly ever download a video! They either change there minds or just for whatever reason decide they don’t want the video footage anymore! Personally for every request I do I’m lucky to get 1 download out of 10 request! To add pain to injury Stringr use to pay you the next day, but now your on a spot list whatever that means, you could be number 100 which means it may take a few days for you to get paid! Here’s my advice if you want to do this, only do guarantees, a guarantee is when they ask you to go and say they will download the video no matter what and you will get paid! It would be nice if Stringr would consider us videographers, and make it more profitable for us, like if you go to a request and actually film some great footage and client decides they don’t want it, Stringr will at least pay you something for your gas and time! Well good luck my fellow videographers! And I hope that one day Stringr will do better and figure this out!

No support at all
The week before last, I accepted request and went on my day off in the freezing cold wind all morning, and took several videos. Only to find out that they were stuck in queue, and would not upload even when I went home and connected to my Wi-Fi. I later reached out to a guy named Robert who is texting me about going to another assignment. And I explained to him that I could not upload the videos. He told me to go update to the latest version which I did. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. then this week I went out of my way while I was on my way to a birthday party for my daughter to take videos of renovations at a community pool and Simi Valley. I took several really good videos and again was not able to upload them. I went home and tried to do it on Wi-Fi like I was told to do by Robert at the text message that I keep getting and it didn’t work. I reached out and all he did was ask me if I’m using my phone or a video camera. My phone is an iPhone 11 SX Max. It shoots great videos and shot great videos when I first did my assignments in the beginning. I cannot get Support to answer me respond to any of my messages. I am very disappointed because I really enjoyed this app. I am missing several good opportunities. I don’t understand why I keep getting text messages to accept orders when I am, but they won’t upload.Show lessLisa is Looking
