Does the Job
It’s quick and cuts easily, it’s just not clear about how it works and you kind of have to play with it to figure out how to cut the video. I would also prefer that instead of cutting and saving in my main albums, it saved the videos into the app itself, that way I’m not saving tons of videos into my cloud.Show lessleague89
Can’t add voice recordings
I understand not being able to add streaming services, but not having an option to add voice recording files is silly. Seems like it would be an easy add, and it’s unfortunate that I had to actually buy the “add music” feature to find out.
Update: I’ll also add that you cannot trim videos in the app. If you add music that is shorter than the video, the app will just repeat the music without giving you the option to trim. It is very difficult to trim longer videos afterwards in the camera roll. It also doesn’t save videos, so if you make a mistake and want to go back to fix it, you’re starting all over!Show lessRogkaleb

If you use the purchased music on your device, there will be no restrictions. You can substitute any fragment of any length. As for recording from a microphone, we will add in the next versions.I really do love this app 👍🏼
I’m not so clear on what happens exactly with music.. I purchased an upgrade only to find out after that you can’t use it on an iPhone or with Apple Music. So I have to use music local to my phone OR I can search for popular music, but I can only use 30 random seconds of the songs.. Why is that even a thing? Who wants to create video that way? Not trying to complain, just for a usage standpoint I’m like why would this be set up this way? 🤷🏻♂️Show lessEveryDayDetox

I don’t know what kind of pay reviews they have on here but this app is a piece of useless and worthless and waste of time app. I am trying to get my money back and can’t seem to find a link or anywhere where there’s any refund. It took me more than half an hour to make a decent video because when you make them and then the other cuts them involves the logo and then it doesn’t fit into the Instagram post. I tried it because I wanted to see if I get more views with this app but it’s so annoying and frustrating please don’t purchase.Show lessmgaleano07

We don’t have paid reviews. A lot of famous people use this app. Do you suppose we paid them too? If you didn’t understand how to use the app, you can find in YouTube a lot of videos how to use CutStory and you will realize it’s very simple.User Friendly
This is the 4th app like this I have downloaded in the past three hours. This is also the only app that wasn’t either garbage or that I didn’t need a programming degree to use. If you want something easy to use, but also quality, this is it!Culmad1
Perfect
Essential app for cutting up videos for IG Stories. Would love in single feature. Would love to be able to cut up videos into different lengths in each video. Would help to make the length based on edits in the video. Such a small need. Other than that, it’s near perfect.Hinman

Unless you pay 99 cents to remove a watermark, you're essentially downloading a free trial. I wish the app store made this more clear. Unless you don't mind a large "cutstory" logo in the middle of your output of course. It's nice that you can try out the app for free, but a "free" app this is not. I chose not to pay the $1 right now, so I cannot rate the app in regular use and will look for free alternatives.Show less\-_-/\-_-/\-_-/

The basic functionality of the application from the presence and absence of a watermark doesn’t change. Yes, it is probably unpleasant to see logo, but payment for its removal is an opportunity for us to improve this application. And, besides, this is the lowest price among competitors.What’s the point of using the app?
I downloaded this app because I wanted to cut a 1 minute video into 15 second clips, what the app is supposed to do right? It didn’t even process the last clip for the first time I used this app. Now when I want to do process clips, it doesn’t even work. It sits there and doesn’t even do anything. I sit there for like ten minutes waiting to even see the small bar of improvement, but nothing happens!Show lessFrankisouris

So as not to lie or Distort any facts..
This is a pretty good app.
However, if you purchase the version without the logo & it doesn’t work.. they are unhelpful & kinda rude when trying to 1. either make it work or 2. get your money back. I want this to be a 5
This app doesn’t deserve a 3 but how could I rate it a 5 then leave. It wasn’t perfect but being able to cut my stories and add different font text with different colored backgrounds were ideal. Why did you take away the colored backgrounds? Please it bring it back I’m now in a search for another app because my text won’t pop.Show lessZack Krupp
