Newest update keeps restarting
After the latest update nothing I do seems to work. I’ve tried different links and even text versions of the script in an effort to read the page but unfortunately the app kicks me out and I’m forced to try again
Very Glitchy
It will read a few sentences then stop and scroll down randomly. It also doens't read where you want to start but always starts from the top.

Just what I’ve been looking for!
I study online, and it is much better for me to listen to a book than read on an e-reader. I have tried various apps/extensions and this is by far the best.
+ Being able to listen to the text directly without opening it in a separate view is super helpful, as it doesn’t remove anything.
+ I love that I can select the text to be read, or I can let the app read the entire visible page.
+ My favorite aspect: background listening! I can take notes in a different app as I listen, or I can close my phone and listen as I take a walk or ride my bike. This is a feature that - surprisingly - is missing in many other apps.

Love the app but can you return the pitch
Love the app have had it for years I think that the app was better before the last update. as it is now you can now only listen at 25% 50% 75% or 100% it used to be a slider before. You need to return the pitch slider. For if you speed it up over 50% the voice goes weird if you can’t change the pitch to fix it. And please move the save page back to the top in the hours I have used the update I have saved 10+ times when I did not mean too. Thanks for listening would appreciate if you can make the changes as it is now to cluttered and the voice is weird.

Not Bad but priced too high.
This app is functional. Ive tried many of this type. While voice dream is better priced and works great for PDFs this app delivers on website is a much better way. Too bad its a $10 a year subscription and a 7 day trial. I barely had time to test it. I’m going to look elsewhere.

Simple, Best-of-Breed
I downloaded every app of this type when I discovered this functionality. Web Out Loud is simply the best of breed. So easy to use, I load up a few articles and play them back while running.
There are others with better feature sets, but outrageous prices. While others simply don’t get it done as quickly and cleanly. The Darwinian experiment ended up with me going back to WOL over and over.
It’s all I use now. Highly recommended.

Love this app!
I have a commute of over an hour a couple time every week, through a 20minute dead zone. I also have an obsession with fan fiction. This app means I can listen to to a story while I drive. The app highlights the paragraph I’m on and does not make me start over every time I open the app. My only wish is that it was capable of more than one tab, so I can have a second story ready if I finish the first.

This App is so GOOD!
Seriously, if you’re an audiobook person who wants to listen to books that are publish on websites chapter by chapter like Wuxia World or Royal Road, this app is hands down the BEST THING EVER! Especially if you don’t have the time to actually read those chapters. It helps makes chores a lot less mind numbingly boring.
