Awful, slow, drops out, cheap
The system is cheaply produced, lots of communication issues, the app hasn’t let me set up properly, constantly crashing and searching for hub of won’t connect to devices (this is even using a brand new iPhone 7 and ultra fast broadband). Avoid like the plague, spend the extra for something that works! There’s a reason there’s no reviews on here, no one wants one!

Non home connection is broken
Wont connect over lte or wifi out of the home, please fix. LTE is ATT
Update( i actually re installed the app and it works a lot better now. Still glitchy but at least it works. Hopes that helps some of you with the same Issue)

Bug, the Hub can't keep up with isp static ip number.
Have twice same issue, and support is taking 2 months to solve it. I setup my hub with the router configured the upnp also did port foward. It worked until a power outrage so my router restart with new ISP IP number and then my app couldn't connect anymore with hub when I am outside from home, I assume it is stucked with the old ISP IP number. I reseted the router and hub and it worked again, then another power outrage and the same issue, I can't reset my router and hub evertime it happens. Please check the issue with the app ip configuration. I have netgear arlo e aquarium ilumination light that both work on the upnp and there is no issue with them.

Mediocre application and product
Having moved from Sparks Morepork system to this the product is very Mediocre. The app is slow at connecting when operating remotely on a wifi or 3/4G. It has a very chunky basic feel when moving about in the application. The notifications that are sent are bland ie alarm mode changed - when armed or disarmed. You'd have to remember what current state the alarm is in to know what it's changed too.
You may find issues with UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) settings on your router. Both Panasonic NZ and my ISP provider could not assist me with a fix. Both pointed the finger at the other. I managed to get it to work by connecting the hub directly to my main modem (a supplied Huawai fibre wifi modem) not a secondary system I use to control devices in my home.
The camera quality is meh. But it's only VGA, with HD only just released to the Canadian market this year with no future expectation of release in NZ in the imminent future.
I know my review is more system related, but it's also an indicator idea how the app feels and drives. A generous 3 stars only.

Since update no longer connects on 3/4G network
Someone need to sort out this issue with connection over 3/4G network. Was a wonderful product before this latest updated that rendered remote viewing completely useless!!!!! Followed setup instructions for port forwarding and still the same!! Hopeless!!!
Doesn't do what it should
After persevering for a year I still can't monitor the cameras remotely - useless

Would recommend this system but firstly they have to sort out the app as can't arm and disarm
Needs a notification centre widget
The app is good but it could have a widget to go in the notification centre that you can arm and disarm the alarm. Also it is a bit slow starting up to disarm. Can wait ages before I can disarm the alarm.
