I really want to like this system. I’ve had it for a number of years, and when I first got it, it worked and performed reasonably well for what I wanted to do. However, there was never a focused improvement on making the app better. But on gathering consumer personal data. This app now wants to know your location at all times and will not work without it; whereas in the past, it didn’t need this information and worked well. This is such a scam.

Not getting notifications
Since updating app to v6.8 I am not receiving notifications with iPhone 14 for indoor camera. I am still receiving notifications with iPhone 12 using v6.7......Can you please fix
The worst app - useless
I can’t see their network as the instructions tell you to do, so my cameras are useless. Panasonic is a joke when a comes to home security systems, their are horrible to setup. Never again I would never again buy Panasonic.
Panasonic your hub KX-HN6002W is horrible or the app needs works. Look at your feedback and you will see how many customers are disappointed with your product.
I have other systems that I pay less and they work wonderfully, not like this system is a complete nightmare. I’m only 10 feet away from my router, so what’s wrong?

Not sending notification
Since a update i dont receive notification on my iphone 14. I have a lot of accessory like water sensor , camera, 2 home base and i see my camera but never receive any notification. And the option is on. Please do something i bought about 1200$ of accessories

Very useful app. Inexpensive components when you buy them used on eBay. Very flexible and adaptable. You can connect to four different hubs, this one app can also link to your storage unit or summer cabin. The app will not open and operate if your memory card doesn’t have enough storage. You might not get a warning for this.

No longer getting notifications
I’ve used this app for over 5 years with no issues. Suddenly I updated to iOS 16 and I am no longer getting notifications to my phone. I checked all the settings, I’ve deleted the cameras, reinstalled everything, etc and still having this issue. The camera records everything just fine, but I do not get an alert when it is triggered. Now I have to open the app, go to the recordings and manually look through them. Super annoying because it still works fine on my iPad, so it definitely has something to do with the iPhone update.

Very disappointed
Ok can’t access camera’s whilst connected to mobile network it keeps telling me check network but can hotspot off my phone to iPad asked help desk to help sort it out but keep telling me it’s not there problem it’s the service provider or modem I have checked all of this and they still won’t help sort this problem out .it all worked when I first set it up years ago now it won’t send notification motion sensor doesn’t set alarm off will never buy another and don’t recommend to anyone
